We believe in partnering with businesses who want to change the world and how we approach it - make it more diverse, more inclusive - but crucially, they also understand why that's important. Here's some of the things we are looking for in a partner.
Supporting technology for good
Our most passionate topic. Technology should be a support mechanism - creating a better world, for everyone living in it. If you are a business that creates technology to further humanity, be that software to support the aged, an app to help the homeless, or software to help in philanthropic efforts, you are just who we are looking for.
Connecting people to initiatives
We are aware that there are many new technology businesses that want to help the groups we support. If you are one, get in touch and let’s see how we can connect you to the people you are looking for. Or perhaps you are an initiative that already supports the people we work with and you would like our assistance in creating a pathway to new opportunities - don’t worry, we can help you there as well.
Promote digital inclusion
A significant portion of the UK population have found themselves excluded from the benefits of digital technology and unable to capitalise on its potential for progress. If you are an organisation or individual seeking to champion of digital inclusion, we are keen to help you support your aims. We know, like you, that digital exclusion is still a problem. Let’s work together to fix that!
Create equal access to opportunities through digital
We want to level the playing field. Underrepresented groups do not enjoy the same access to progression and promotion as others. We find them to be less involved at technology’s inception and even more scare at the executive level. If this is something you are passionate about too. Get in touch - we’d love to chat with you.
Set the record straight
We want to change the way people speak about and view the underrepresented groups we work with. They are an asset and will be building blocks of the future digital workforce if we create the right opportunities and environments for them to thrive. It’s time to level the playing field.
New technology shouldn’t hinder - it should facilitate progression of humanity. Unless we enable everyone to have a voice in the development of that technology, its progress is slow and subsequent growth is compromised. It’s time to make it more inclusive.
